Ryan A. Stouffer, CPA, P.C., a public accounting firm located in Chambersburg Pennsylvania, was established to effectively intersect expertise and desire to help individuals achieve success beyond what the normal accounting world can offer. We believe that what makes a small business thrive is the passion that drives it combined with the knowledge to grow it. Choosing to be a small business representing other small businesses means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the notion that sets us apart.
Our Mission: To empower our clients, employees, and community members to maximize success in their personal and professional lives.
Our clients range from individuals to small, closely held corporations and partnerships, nonprofits, and new business startups. We serve clients across a broad spectrum of industries including, but not limited to, professional services, nonprofit, real estate, construction, and landscaping – providing small business consulting, tax, and accounting services. Our first three core values of putting people first, maintaining integrity, and possessing a passion to serve, are key to a successful business relationship and paramount in the accomplishment of our mission.
PART-TIME CFO SERVICES
Growing businesses often reach a point where they need professional financial advice, but can't afford a full-time CFO or controller. If you're fortunate enough to be in this position then we have the perfect solution for you. Our Part-Time CFO service gives you a professional financial manager who works with you to help guide your business to success. The cost of hiring a full-time CFO can range from $60,000 to over $100,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits. Our Part-Time CFO services provides you with experienced support at a small fraction of that cost.
From start-ups to established enterprises, businesses rely on accurate and insightful financial information in order to maintain profitability and capitalize on new opportunities. Ryan A. Stouffer, CPA, P.C.'s accounting services steer you closer to these goals with accurate record-keeping and reporting as well as support on financial issues such as initial accounting system setup, payroll preparation and administration, tax preparation and planning, investments, and employee benefit and profit-sharing plans.
We prefer to take a proactive vs. reactive approach to tax services. By keeping current on new tax laws and legislation, we are in a position to identify key tax planning opportunities that minimize both your current and future tax liabilities. We provide our individual and business clients with the taxation expertise and knowledge that they deserve throughout the year.
We gauge our worth by the personal and business successes of our clients. We can help your business identify areas negatively affecting profitability and growth and develop solutions that are practical and technically sound. In addition to acting as a sounding board for management, we provide comprehensive, flexible strategies that address the issues affecting your business.
We view our role in the financial reporting process as an opportunity to provide constructive solutions for maximizing your company's profitability and efficiency. Preparation and Compilation engagements differ from reviews and audits as they are based upon client information provided and used primarily for internal use only as no assurance is expressed.
ESTATE & TRUST PLANNING
Effective estate and trust planning can ensure financial security for loved ones. For businesses, it can maintain a smooth succession of ownership. Ryan A. Stouffer, CPA, P.C.'s role is to help you navigate the complex and shifting tax laws to facilitate the transfer of assets and minimize the tax liability of your beneficiaries. Everyone should have a well-thought-out plan as to how to distribute the assets left in one's estate so as to avoid complications and to be sure that the individual’s wishes are followed. Having your taxes and estate thoroughly and carefully planned will ensure that your loved ones don't have any complications to deal with during a time of loss.
